>OT, as I was analyzing what pay range should be for VFP Programmer (or Database Admin or whatever), amazing it should be ranging from $63,000 to $85,000 (for level III, as most of us here are not all that necessarily Beginner/Entry Programmers, also, as for level II, it's $10,000 off those numbers). I am merely making HALF of that!?!?

You "are" working for a state agency. My experience is that they typically pay under average salaries. I was offered a job by the state of Utah a few years ago, but it would have cut my salary by 1/3.
