Most likely it's the "Small Fonts" problem. By default, all command buttons (push-buttons) and some other controls on FPW screen sets are created using MS Sans Serif, and that font's size changes depending on whether their system is set up to use "Small Fonts" vs "Large Fonts". That also causes problems because the "foxel" positions on FPW screens are done in MS Sans Serif (by default) and therefore positions take on a whole different meaning in "small" vs "large". This is why a "large fonts" setting throws the position off the screen.

Unless you fix the screen file and re-make the SPR (and God knows every other screen form may have to be changed too), you'll have to change the woman's system settings to use "Small Fonts" in the Control Panel/Display/Settings section.
