Small Font problem with FPW brings back memories. Combined with GenscreenX from Ken Levy, using Large Fonts gave a most "interesting" result. Or was that nightmares?

You can have a similar experience today, with web applications and I.E. 5.X browsers and you can also set Broswer font size from within the browser. When using absolute positioning you get a web page unlike what you designed!
