>I have a need to display data from my access database on my web site. It is a simple display were everone will be listed as a hyperlink on one page, and when you click on that person you will see detail just on that person. Not a difficult application. I just do not know which tools are available. I have a very bare bones web host and do not want to upgrade. I know that there are programs that will create static web pages from the database and while the data is not very active and the volumne is not so great, i would like something that reads the datbase and creates the web page on the fly.

Hi Brenda,

This is not the idea, but I just want to tell you, that I'm exactly in the same position right now, as you're. I asked my manager to involve me in WEB projects and he specified, that several Access Based application need to be converted to WEB applications. I'm not sure, from where to start. I also have a background of HTML, a little of ASP (but I'm self-educating right now), VB, SQL and Access, not to mention VFP, of course. I just want to know, what should I do first.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
