Our tech support department has been using the same support system for over seven years and it is getting rather long in the tooth. Instead of allocating development resources to a new support system we have decided to purchase one if it meets our needs. Can anyone suggest a good candidate? Of course we would prefer one written in VFP but are mainly interested in the feature set and reliability.
