I read an old FoxPro Advisor article written by the course author (or the primary author anyway) and I began to wonder if the course was really going to be that helpful.

The current application runs in VFP but has some bugs . All the screens and menus are built programmatically . They never used screen builders. Basically it seems to be @...SAY's and @..GET's with liberal use of _CUROBJ and most action happening in the functions called by the WHEN and VALID clauses.

I've been playing with the @...CLASS command using the name clause. So I can still do it programmatically but it seems like it would be cleaner to re-engineer and just provide the same look&feel and functionality.
