Its a new skin, if this much effort has been put into a "dead" language, don't you think it might turn a couple heads?

Well, in the "new" way, you would have a menu designer which is really just a menu that you can see being manipulated. In the form designer, you would also be able to build menus directly on the form the exact same way.
