Actually I figured out a way to do this.

I first do the merge and save the document. Then I do a scan on the name and address table. I set deleted on. In the scan I delete all records in the orders file that do not match up with the active record in the name file. I go to the first table in the Word document using a table counter variable and populate it. I then increment the table counter variable by 1, recall all records in the orders file move to the next name record and repeat. Works. Maybe not elegant but it works.
