I also tried to use:

do form frmSearchForm name frmSeek

The same problem occurs !

Using:

if type('frmSeek.name')="C"
frmSeek.Refresh()
endif

My form never get's refreshed, the error shows me the variable
does't exist.. This does't solve my problem (snif..)
