I've checked the report, the page header height is 0.7605 inch, the group header
is 0.3959 inch, the detail band is 0.1667 inch, the group footer is 0 and the page footer is 0.2813 inch, all the constant band height is unchecked except for the page footer which is checked and dim.

I see the page lay out seems right but the preview lay out is very small.
