A stumper for sure!

It is starting to sound like maybe your printer driver is having trouble with the special page size. I wonder what happens if you try to print a similar size page from WORD (or whatever word processor app you use).

Do you have a different printer you can try printing to?

I have had some experience with printing on special size paper in the past...and there were a 101 things I had to get right before the damn thing would print. I never really did find a satisfactory method of reregistering to top of page for oldstyle impact printer with folding paper.

I wish I could give you some more things to look at, but that's the best I can do for now.
