VFP objects are not based on windows classes, but only painted on screen/forms. This is why you cannot go beyond form level.

This is very easy to see if you use a Spy tool (like Spy++ from MS that is shipped with VC++).

I don't know the product you bought, but if it was not designed to work with VFP, then, probably there's no way to make it work. You must talk with the producer, he is the only one that can confirm/infirm this.
