Very cool, indeed. On a clear day (hey, we *do* get them) you get a nice view of the Cascades and Mt. Baker. Too bad we're not on that floor anymore. :-(

The problem is, the closer to campus you are, the more you're going to pay. Though the neighborhood I live in has (for Redmond) some reasonably priced houses and the commute's not bad.
