Chuck;

I understand where Jim is coming from and I am going to offer a suggestion, concerning one element of what I have observed.

You are expressing your thoughts about your working environment and employees you have relationships with. By expressing such thoughts over the Internet or by whatever means you are doing yourself and them a disservice. If you are not happy where you are you should be attempting to resolve issues that you have in your workplace or look for a position elsewhere. Working in an environment that provides constant conflict will provide stress for all members of your group.

How would you feel if members of your group had access to your comments about them? After all, this is the Internet and it is easy to obtain information. Why anyone would wish to continually publish negative personal thoughts about others and do nothing to resolve perceived or real issues is incomprehensible!

You will express yourself as you wish but others will judge you by your actions.
