I think so. they dont tear down much here.
however, I work in Long Island City,. with is just outside of Manhattan in Queens. (one or two subway stops from Grand Central Station. Rockaway. is like way out there on Long Island.

(can you tell I am a west coast transport ? ) Lived in Malibu for years, working in Beverly Hills, now Queens - Manhattan. really different. But love it. NY is so Alive. !
