Hi All,

I need your help and suggestions on resolving the following problem.
Win2K Server, file system on the drive (not boot or system) is NTFS, Everyone has Full Control on all files. After reinstalling the Server and Active Directory some files on that drive now cannot be accessed, but they were before. Files weren't encrypted, just regular files. When I open the Properties dialogue the Security tab doesn't appear, when I try to open those files I cannot do that, and if I try to copy the files I get the following error message: Cannot copy : The file cannot be accessed by the system.
I also tried to change permission and owner of all files in the folder, it looks like changing permission and owner (w/o errors), but did not help, they are still unaccessible.
What may be a cause of this problem and how can I resolve it.
Thanks in advance.
Alex
