This probably means that the column or the index expression is too many characters. Check the code for all of it's INDEX commands.

I have tried opening the form as a table, packing it, copying it to another table and then renaming it again. Nothing works. At first I thought it was the wizard, until I tried other forms and they all documented just fine.
