I use Crystal Reports and I write medical software for emergency medical services (EMS). We are going to be using it almost exclusively for all of our future medical reports. I did have a learning curve with it, but I am pleased with it. I do some complex reports with it. I found the www.seagatesoftware.com tech support for Seagate Crystal Reports is very, very helpful in solving problems without pulling your hair out. I taught myself how to use it and have a couple of books I purchased for reference. But mostly I refer to the website for help on some tricky reports. I am up to version 8 at this time.
