I found the www.seagatesoftware.com tech support for Seagate Crystal Reports is very, very helpful in solving problems without pulling your hair out. I taught myself how to use it and have a couple of books I purchased for reference. But mostly I refer to the website for help on some tricky reports. I am up to version 8 at this time.
