Pardon me for butt'n in.
I keep hearing that it was a "BIG" jump from 2.6 to 3.0, but I didn't see it that way. To me VFP is just old Fox with an OOP hat on.
Don't get me wrong, I think VFPX.X is a good product (probably best of its kind) but I never thought it was that difficult to learn (even though I'm still learning about it).
I guess those of us who have worked with C++ or SmallTalk had the advantage when it came to learning OOP-VFP.
