I thought VFP was in the family of xBase/dbase language because it is using the "DBF" extension on it's tables.
>Computer Associates purchased Nantuckett. They decided they wanted to move the product to Windows and >created Visual Objects as its replacement. Contrary to what others have said here, VO is NOT xBase. (but then, >neither is VFP). I hate the term xBase and continuing its use is one of the things that keeps helps to propagate the >negative conotation that VFP has among many people.
