We are using ReachOut Version 7 with good luck. Most Remote Control software has problems with Video accelerator cards that write direct to screen, ATI Mach / Diamond stealth .. etc. If you think the Video card is the problem, set the PC to Standard drivers .. VGA mode and if it becomes stable, you have found the problem.
