I am having to create an optional old style menu mechanism (I'm basing it on a form with buttons as well as a "Select Option:" keyboard prompt to look like a legacy menu). I would like to have this menu reference the windows VFP menu and pad for the same option on my legacy menu. I need a routine that if passed the cpad name would return the object reference for where that menu pad is located within the windows VPF menu. I can then execute the click event of the windows menu as well as interrogate it's properties (disabled, marked,etc) for sync'ing my legacy menu.

Has anyone written a routine like this they would be willing to share?
