Ok, Alex I think your sugestion is a good one. Just one more help from you: how do I ask MS (there is a link to a VFP wishlist)? And, what do you think about openning a thread involving more people in such a discussion? By the way, what is your opinion about having strong data typing and structures in VFP?

I'm aware this is a basic issue. Please take a look at a very simple start discussion I tried at http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~DataTypingInVFP~VFP, wich I thought could be an embryo for that, but unfortunatelly it didn't had enough quorum and couldn't go on further.
