Using two different versions might be the cause of this problem, I agree.
We use both 3.0 English version, and 3.0b chinese version for development.
So, if I assemble all parts of the program in 3.0b chinese environment, re-compile it,
make an installation program, and install them on the clients would solve the problem.
I don't know whether I am right, but I have to try!
