Steve,

That's good BUT it affords a VERY good example of why the webically-challenged like myself find "the WEB" so annoying and basically useless. . .

You said to click on the "Microsoft Product Support Services and then. . .". Well I moved to every 'menu' (type) item on the page looking for "Microsoft Product Support Services " and came up dry. Thinking myself to be particularly thick tonight, or possibly blind, I did it again, being very attentive. Still nothing.

Went back and checked your message (this one). Had it right so went back and started again. It was then that I saw that the LOGO at the upper-left said the magic words! Moved the mouse to it and, wonder of wonders, a hand icon. Clicked and the rest is history.

What a crock! A 404 isn't exactly an indication to continue, is it? Not to insult, but what on earth even made you try that????? And hiding it in a logo?!?!?!? These guys DEFINITELY need LOTS OF HELP but their efforts to procure it leave a lot of questions.

VENT OFF (NOT at YOU)
