Is your leader a relative? :) If so, please forgive the following...

Sounds to me like either:
A) Your leader is trying to make the project as difficult as possible to complete.
B) Your leader wants the application to run slower that need be.
C) Your leader is an idiot, afraid of something, a jerk or all three.
D) Your leader has never written a lick of VFP code.
E) All of the above.
