I don't think content exists, other than source code and sample files,that appears in the CD and not the magzine. Foxtalk does/did this with extended articles. The problem was that FoxTalk was only ever going to be 24 pages long. The only way to get more content was to put it on the web. I thought it was a good idea. (After all, I was the one who suggested it to Whil in the first place...< bg > ) :)
On a side bar, rumor has it that Pinnacle Publishing is on the block to be bought. Interested???
Of course, Foxtalks deal made sense in that if you bought the magazine, you received access to all of the online content. Advisor has always charged extra for source code and related items. As I said, I am no fan of Advisor's business practices. But with that said, Advisor has a right to do whatever they want - as you to consumer does. Vote with your pocketbooks.
Support something that supports you - like Code Magazine.
Simply put, if it does not work, don't buy it...
