Unless you have a speed problem with your network or you are accessing the data through a slow wan link, there is no need to go the Terminal Server route. Terminal server is used exactly for that... processing on a central server and only displaying results to the user.

In your scenario, you will have everyone running the applications on the same machine (the terminal server) at the same time. It could be slower than it is now.
