Help!!

One of our clients recently upgraded his server hardware including servers used to run W2000 Terminal Server. I do not have the exact configuration of the servers at hand but suffice it to say they have tons of memory and very fast multiple processors. Since that installation, we have been getting an inordinate amount of ERROR 1104 messages (Error Reading File), both within our application and when operating interactively.

The client's hardware vendor is pointing at VFP... "It simply is not robust enough to handle the volume of data and MS knows it, and they won't fix it because they are going to cease supporting" yada yada yada...

So please... anyone have any hints ??
