Like to know this, because I'm involved with this subject deep to the bones (as available time permits!). I'm looking for software that deals with collaboration, message boarding, search engines, knowledge managing etc (there is great stuff around), in a way to build a package of solution(s) (apps and/or consulting) to my clients. Not just help desk, but product development, salesmen, dealers, supliers...

I've been informed that soon another message board with come up, for FoxWeb users (think same purpose of West-Wind's MB) at www.foxweb.com. I think it's worth a check for all those interested with this stuff.

For now I'm just gathering information and "building links", latter expect to share my humble experience, and learn even more. Share experience and knowledge, fellow, that's it!
