Stephen, would you think it's possible to dial-in to your system via PC-Anywhere, let's say tomorrow ? Of course no guaranties, but I have the hunch to be able to tackle this one. Is it a DE-system ? I mean, will I be able to put in some Wait's etc ? Even if the error can't be reproduced that easy I still can look.
It just intreeges me, having had a many of these kinda things, all solved ...

(don't mention any phonenumbers here yet)
