Some files could be opened or loaded in the memory etc. You can figure out exctly which file is in use by a simple way - met the situation with access denied, then try to delete or move all files from the projects folder to other location. All opened files will fail to being deleted/moved.

Happens. Clear all, cancel, release all, build. Helps most of the time; if not, quit, reload, build. Or even reboot.

Look, we're developing new stuff, trying out things, and it's not perfect after each step. Here and there we leave stranded pieces of objects, unflushed buffers, and other stuff we don't want to take care of - why should we, it's garbage, and it's only in memory, discard and try with a new one. Well, I'm not sure the automatic garbage collection works perfectly all the time. I accept that as the price of other comfort and comodity I have in Fox. So sometimes it's just Clear all, cancel, release all, build... or more.
