Thanks Daniel - that works! I wondered whether you have any ideas on another post I have been seeking help with. It's titled "Using Views and Adding Records"

Basically I am after ideas about the best method for adding/deleting records when using a view with a base table the has an integer primary key procedure. I am not at all sure that what I am doing is good!!!
