Hi Tau. My thoughts on this would be to make the front end generic and usable for any device. There use a HTML web front end and wireless LAN cards. This would allow your servers to add, edit and delete info add the tableside with PDAs and also in the back via a PC. Basically you leverage your interface and code better than writing a custom PDA interface.
