I believe it, and I think I may recall either that piece or something similar.

With computers I believe one of the biggest problems is that some people expect them to do all their thinking for them. Another really big one is the total opposite. People feel that they're so complicated that they can't possibly understand them, and stop trying to figure out what's going on.
