Not a criticism, but my views on the points...

I think all us of were torn about the feature, but something had to be done about recognizing contributions of members. At least this is partially being done now. I look at the top two names on the list (Cetin and Vlad). Both well worthy of recognition and perhaps not able to afford PUTMs otherwise. Another thing I like about the system is that the UT members are choosing who is worthy, rather than the UT. Very democratic.

Any feedback to improve the system appreciated.
