I don't know how to improve the system, but my problem is that the original poster doesn't always mark the message. What this means is that sometimes correct responses will go unmarked, while others will. What I'm saying is, just because a person has lots of points, doesn't mean that people with fewer points is not contributing just as many correct answers.
