That's great. The English language will make most people cry. <g>

There is a lot of fun between British English and American English as well.

One example would be the word "bonnet"

If I were to say in England that the baby had a bonnet on her head they might think that the baby had an automobile engine hood attached.

In America if an Englishman were to say, "You put the poi in under the bonnet" we might think that they wanted to life the hat off of our baby and pour oil on their head.

In Britain bonnet is a car hood. In America it's a baby's hat.

Boot in Britain would be what American's call the trunk wheread we'd call something you put on your foot a boot.
