Whatever is at the right end, is less important than the left end. If we use a hyperlink on Online users, it won't be accessible for some users. Also, I'm not sure putting a hyperlink in the toolbar is a good approach.

Hi Michel,
Overall I like the new look! It's like new shoes, they take a bit of getting used to.
Two comments...
1) The printer icon confuses me. I'm not 'printing' anything. Throughout Win/IE that icon means send to the printer. (At least I've never seen it used differently anywhere else) It seems that other newer users might also be confused there.
2) I wish I could move the status/links (new messages, replies, etc.) to the far right. My eye was easily drawn to the lower left, It's a bit harder to find in the middle of all the other icons, etc. Perhaps the divisions you've made could be seperate toolbars?

Good work!
