Well, I'm running 640x480 (no large fonts) and have turned off some of the buttons (Today, Yesterday, etc.) but still I think I don't have access to the entire tool bar at the top. The last thing on the right is the Archives combo. I think there's another one up (Other?) but have no way to get to it.
