Outsource, do it in-house, write our own EClaims process, hire a consulting firm to tell us to outsource it, hire another one that would say to do it ourselves. And not just claims - billing, accounting, marketing, etc were all being revamped because there was no clear focus. After awhile it was just too late and everything else around us had moved on. Worked out very well for me though! I love contracting and will never return to the other world if I have a choice...


I loved being an independent consultant, but the older I got the more tiring the constant travel became. If I were young and single again contracting would be the only way I'd fly (and not through any headhunters)!
