Newbie here....go easy.
I'm trying to understand how the relationships would work in this scenerio

(3) tables
Property, Client, Manager

Rules Are:

Property - A property has one manager, and one client

Client - Can have one or many properties, Client has one DIRECT "client" manager, but could have different managers for each property

Manager - Each manager could have many clients, Each manager could have many properties

Can someone help me lay this out. I understand the basic one-one, one-many, but I get confused with Identifying, Non-Identifying, Non-Specific, Existance, and cardinality.

I want to make sure I set up SQL 2000 correctly the first time.

Thanks mucho
