The rule for 'client' seems to violate the rule for 'property': "but could have different managers for each property" whereas 'property' states: "one manager". I'm going to assume that it's just worded bad.

client 1-* property *-1 manager

where '1-*' is a one-to-many relationship. It seems that the entire relationship is worded as "clients can own multiple properties, managers can manage multiple properties but a property has only one owner and only one manager."
