To me, this is a very very scarry thing..... and I dont know what to do about it. I just hope that when it comes out there will be at least a way to prevent the smart tags. from being disabled....

I can only say that from the tone of reports I have read, we should be concerned if we do not want to participate in "Smart Tags". It sounds scary and I am sure this is only the beginning. Should we have a voice in this "feature"? Surely, Microsoft will only do that which is “best” for all concerned. Well, maybe there is someone who really needs this feature and cannot live without it.
