That reminds me of the Compaq Help Desk response to a customer who couldn't see anything on the screen. "It just disappeared!, now when I type nothing happens!" After a long series of technical questions the techie asked her to look at the back of the monitor to see if the plug had fallen out. "I can't see it!" "Why not?" "The power went off" "Oh...(long pause)... well, do you still have the box your computer equipment came in?" "Yes.." "Good!
