I agree with the first three. That criteria can be appied to all movies no matter the subject matter. #4, I'm still skeptical about. But that's just me.

IAC, have you seen Shrek? I haven't yet but both my sons (4&2) liked it. And my wife liked it. My 2 year-old was "absorbed" for 1 hour 5 minutes of the 1 hour 25 minute movie. This is the mark of great movie. :-)
