Hope nobody minds -I thought I might get more response if I create a new thread...

I use the following to output a picture file.

set printer to name "Fax"
REPORT FORM xyz TO FILE "MyFile.TIF"

This works perfectly with my own setup but not on the client's. I get a
"Error Loading Printer Driver" message when I try running the report there
(via the Fax). I've even tried re-compiling the report on one of their own
computers (to make sure the PageSetup is correct), but this didn't work.

I think its a problem with their Fax software setup itself but I'm unsure.
Has anyone any suggestions on what could be wrong? ...or an alternative to using the 'fax' driver? (I'd prefer not to mess with the client's hardware as much as possible -another dealer looks after that).
