Depends on how you view weakest. If it were a group game, where everyone shared the overall prize depending on the ability of the strongest, then I would agree. But as it is totally individual, there comes a point where the strongest overall player, becomes the weakest link in the individuals chain to taking home the prize. At least that's how I see it.
