Good points, but it is called the Weakest Link. Maybe change it to allow the strongest remaining link for the entire game 1 challenge if s/he is voted off in the round of 3. Play a challenge round where if the strongest remaining link wins just that round, s/he can kick off any of the other 2 and save his/her place in the Finals, otherwise, Good Bye.

>That (immunity) would spoil the entire show, especially in the later rounds, where the strategy is to increase your own chances of winning & dumping the strongest link is the way to go. It would make it more of a run-of-the-mill quiz show, where the person who knows most wins, without immunity its more capricious.

>Lack of immunity keeps it more like real life - just because you did well on your last job doesnt guarantee you promotion or immunity from demotion because you've screwed up the current job. It's all down to whether your ability is seen as an asset (which it is at the beginning of the game or your job) or a threat (whhich it is at the end of the game or the higher up you are promoted).

>(PS - not having seen the US version, I am assuming that it is essentially the same as the UK version).
